Training Weeks in the French Alps

Our base in the alps has been specifically chosen for its location to training facilitites, luxury standard of accommodation, and high quality catered meal provision. We firmly believe that you shouldn't compromise quality recovery time when not training, with shopping, cooking, clearing up, finding a bike mechanic, travelling to nearby physios for massage etc.

It is important to us that every athlete experiences our training weeks or long weekends based from a true 'home away from home', to ensure they combine a quality break from often a hectic lifestyle, with world class training. Evenings are spent enjoying the delights of Chamonix's town centre restaurants or bars, sharing tales of our daily training adventures, or relaxing on the huge leather sofas before a 3 course catered evening meal with a glass of wine or nice cold beer at the end of the day!

We adopt a balanced approach to your training with specific triathlon sessions in a stunning and often challenging setting. These include lake/ open water swimming, coached swims in 50m outdoor pool, stunning alpine cycling in mountains made famous by the Tour de France, and trail running. Each day's training is structured to enable you to obtain the most from training at moderate atitude, whatever your goals for the season. We have been running training camps in the alps since 2005, and have effectively used training blocks in this particular location for many years to produce World ITU triathlon podium winners and top ten Kona age group finishers.

Chalet Vert et Blanc

Modern and traditional mixed together give the chalet Vert et Blanc a relaxed comfortable style, the relaxed homely feeling follows through from the general living areas into the bedrooms.

The result is a chalet with a wonderful spacious sitting room leading out onto the large terrace with hot tub, 8 bedrooms that have been dressed simply but stylishly all with ensuite bathrooms. It might be a bit of a cliché but it really is a home from home somewhere to kick back and relax.
